Next Call
Your next video meeting, one click away from the menu bar. Next Call reads your calendar on your Mac, shows a live countdown to your next call, and joins it instantly — privacy-first, with nothing ever sent off your device.
Coming to the Mac App Store.
What it does
- Live countdown to your next call in the menu bar — "in 1h 26m", "Now".
- One-click join for Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Whereby and more — opened in the browser or app you choose.
- Today at a glance — a tidy dropdown of your current and upcoming meetings.
- Global hotkeys to open the list or jump straight into your next call.
- Local-only. No account, no sign-in, no setup beyond granting calendar access.
Privacy Policy
Next Call does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no user accounts.
Calendar access. With your permission, Next Call reads your calendar events on your Mac (through Apple's EventKit) for the sole purpose of finding and displaying your upcoming video meetings and their join links. This processing happens entirely on your device.
No network. The app is sandboxed and ships with no network capability whatsoever — it cannot send data anywhere. Your calendar information never leaves your Mac and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party.
Opening meetings. When you join a meeting, the link opens in the browser or app you choose; from that point onward, that service's own privacy policy applies.
Children. Next Call is not directed at children, and it collects no data from anyone regardless of age.
Changes. If this policy ever changes, the effective date below will be updated to reflect the latest version.
